Anchorage slings are commonly wrapped around columns or reinforcement starter bars then connected to temporary horizontal lifelines using karabiners with a minimum load capacity of 35 kN. This anchor sling / anchor strop is manufactured in the UK for compliancy to EN795 Class B in standard lengths of 2,3 and 4 meters.
Installing temporary edge protection onto the top surface of the steel section offers protection to anyone working on a steel structure before a unitised facade system is installed onto its perimeter.
